“I don’t care”: Sheedeur Sanders gets bone on browns as the positive injury update originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
The Cleveland Browns remain one of the few teams who mentioned a starting quarterback Quarterback. Their quarterback room consists of veteran Joe Flacco, 2022 First round Pick Kenny Pickett, 2025 Third round Pick Dillon Gabriel and 2025 Fifth round pick Shedeur Sanders, all compete with the role.
On Saturday, that day 9 of the training camp for the team, Sanders reported pain in his throwing arm during individual exercises and was closed for the rest of the practice.
Sanders said on Monday that the pain was due to his arm and body that adapted to ‘starting and stopping’, and assured that he feels better and will return to practice.
In the meantime, Sanders shared his view of the team that combined players in exercises during the camp, in which he explained whether he is with the first team or not, he goes outside to prove his skills.
“To be honest, I don’t care what rule I am going. Being able to be, two, three, whatever the situation is. I know on Friday when the game is, if I am two or three, it doesn’t matter,” Sanders said. “I’m just ready to go down and go, you know, do what I can do.”
Cleveland is planned to participate in joint practices with the Carolina Panthers on Wednesday, with their first pre -season match that takes place against Carolina on Friday. This will be the clearest chance for the Browns QBS to show their skills and to prove why they should be in the middle of the center in week 1.
